We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

U.S. Shipping Options

• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 4–7 business days
• Economy Shipping: 10–15 business days

All shipments include tracking information for your convenience.

For international shipping or large custom orders, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. We’ll be happy to provide a tailored shipping solution based on your location and needs.

Return & Exchange Policy

At HEM APPAREL, we stand behind the quality of our blanks. However, we understand that issues may arise.

Eligible returns or exchanges:

• You received the wrong item, color, or size
• The product arrived damaged or defective

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-labeled or printed items
• Sample packs (orders of 1–3 pieces)
• General dissatisfaction with fit, feel, or color without product defect

How to request a return:

• Contact us at info@hem-apparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, you may choose between:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund (excluding shipping fees)
