Eligible returns or exchanges:

- Custom-labeled or printed items
- Sample packs (orders of 1–3 pieces)
- General dissatisfaction with fit, feel, or color without product defect
How to request a return:
- Contact us at info@hem-apparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
Once approved, you may choose between:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund (excluding shipping fees)
