We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
For large-scale international shipments or custom production orders, please contact our team directly for tailored logistics support.

Shipping options

We offer the following U.S. shipping methods:

• Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx): 4–7 business days

• Economy Shipping: 10–15 business days

All shipments come with full tracking information provided via email or WhatsApp, so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

Order processing time

All ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders or bulk production runs may require a longer lead time, depending on volume and specifications. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Customs & duties

For U.S.-based orders, customs and import duties are typically covered by the shipping provider. If additional charges apply, you will be notified in advance. HEM will always provide the necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.
