To maintain our commitment to efficient sampling and customization, the following items are not eligible for return:

Items with custom labeling, printing, or alteration

Sample packs or orders of 1–3 pieces

Returns due to general dissatisfaction with fit, fabric feel, or color without a verified defect
We strongly encourage customers to order a sample before placing bulk orders to ensure our blanks meet your expectations.
