One came from tech - an IT engineer who taught himself fashion by building a streetwear brand from scratch. From late-night fabric hunts to opening 12 stores across Ho Chi Minh city (Vietnam), he lived the startup grind - and made it work. He knows what it's like to choose a blank, test a cut, or run out of budget halfway through production.
Another spent two decades mastering fabric - a quiet expert who could tell a cotton blend by touch and read dye quality by eye. The kind of knowledge that comes from a thousand rolls of fabric and even more mistakes.
And the third? A production veteran who has run hundreds of lines and still cares about getting every seam just right. For him, quality isn't a checklist. It’s a standard.
We stayed for the shared obsession: making better clothes.
So we built our own manufacturing house - from the ground up. We hired skilled artisans, trained a new generation, and created stable jobs in a place that’s built to last.
HEM APPAREL started in 2020 as an OEM garment factory in Ho Chi Minh City - quietly producing for global brands behind the scenes.
Over the years, we’ve spent most of our time inside Vietnam’s top-tier factories - working closely with production teams to deliver garments that meet the world’s most demanding standards. Through this, we built a supply chain that runs seamlessly: consistent fabrics, precise fits, and reliable lead times.
But the more clients we worked with, one challenge kept surfacing: independent brands, print shops, and creative studios couldn’t find premium blankwear truly built for them. They were stuck choosing between overpriced “premium” imports or low-quality blanks with zero flexibility.
So in 2025, we created HEM APPAREL BLANK - a factory-direct blankwear line, made in Vietnam with no middlemen, no compromises, and full control over fabric, fit, and feel.

In the next 12 months, we’re expanding our blankwear line with more styles, colors, and customization options - designed with feedback from real customers.
